说明：图像二值化是建立在物体和背景可以区分的基础上的，如亮度色调等不同，从而我们根据这些已知信息分出前背景。而一般的全局二值化如用Otsu方法获取最优阈值的方法，都是建立在图像前背景亮度有一定差距的基础上的，即图像直方图有双峰结构。 如果对于一幅亮度不均匀的图像这种方法就不适用，解决的方法可以把图像根据整体亮度变化来分成若干小区域，而各区域的直方图中有两个峰，这样就能自适应得时整幅图都比较好的二值化。但是，这样对于一些复杂的图像就难处理，而且可能存在分块邻接缺陷，因此，本程序中先将整幅图的亮
