说明：功能描述：编写一个产生N个X到M范围内的随机数的程序。不必保存或打印数字， 仅打印每个数被产生了多少次。让程序对10个不同的种子值进行计算。 数字出现的次数相同吗？可以使用本章中的函数或ANSI C中的函数rand()和srand()， 它们与我们的函数具有相同的形式。这是一个测试特随机数发生器随机性的方法。 注：这本书的编程练习至今还没有感觉到难度， 不过验证了书上的说法不同的种子在大多数情况下也不同可能得出相同的随机数， 看来这回我的实践还是有用的，好戏还在后头啊。
