说明：直播视频采集端程序 用as3写的视频采集工具，将直播视频发布到fms服务器。可以采集最多四路视频。video.xml设置发布服务器地址，采集哪几路，每路视频的发布名称。以及一些相关设置。 如果到fms的connection断了，本工具还能够主动建立连接，继续采集视频。做到无人值守。
