说明：用于与USB接口设备通讯的上位机程序，可将下位机USB接口设备传输的数据送至PC机并处理。每次数据传送都是上位机主动，上位机先发送命令（借用DEMO程序中的版本号部分），下位机收到READ_VERSION命令就发送64字节数据给上位机，并开始计时，每次发送把发送帧数加1，把时间和帧数发送到上位机显示，方便观察；上位机收到64字节数据就又给下位机发送READ_VERSION命令，重复1000次，测试需时31秒左右。64字节中：第2，3字节是发送帧数，第61字节是通信时间（S）-USB interf
