[其他小程序] DLU与象素互换程序

说明：在使用VS2005或VS2008的时候，对话框设计的时候，设计界面右下角显示的长宽单位是DLU，即微软自己定义的对话框基本单位(Dialog Base Unit)。因为这个DLU是和系统相关的，我在做WinCE的UI设计时需要精确为像素，因此写了这个小程序，用于DLU与Pixel的转换。更多关于DLU的相关知识，可以查询msdn :)
