说明： 该代码使用bcb编写，但是复用模块都是用标准的api，windows下其它编程工具可复用。 该代码封装了使用iocp实现文件读取，并按照服务程序标准在高频率调用的函数都不使用 动态开辟内存，且非堵塞式事件回调，应该还算是比较高效。仅实现了读部分没有实现写 部分，但是要加入写部分，可参考读很容易的。 这种iocp读写文件的方法相对一般网上找到的标准读写文件代码会新奇一点，算不上什么精品，但也应该不算是垃圾，仅供初中级程序员参考交流，切勿抱过大期望。由于本人已经没有多少万恶的下载
