说明：介绍图像中字符区域检测算法的研究：图像中的文字信息在一定程度上反映了图像主要内容，因此对于图像中的文字进行检测是非常有意义的。本文采用了基于字符的纹理特征的方法，在D C T 域中对字符进行检测，从而将图像中的字符区域检测出来，最后用matlab进行了验证，实验表明该方法能够取得较好结果。
