说明：这是大学操作系统进程调度实验的其中一个算法。实验中应该要注意的是关于C中指针的用法，因为指针的用法比较灵活又非常容易出错，一不小心应用不严密就会出错。如在实行按短作业优先算法调度进程的过程中，每一次输入无论是周转时间，运行时间，还是响应时间都要用指针返回arrivetime，否则就出错。还有在插入和释放结点时，用此中指针表示法会比用for循环语句简明很多。再一个就是在选择运行时间最小的进程时，察看当前就绪队列中的进程数也是很关键的，其间所得的count对于下面两步都很重要。-err
