说明：市场营销（Marketing）又称为市场学、市场行销或行销学。简称“营销”，台湾常称作“行销”；是指个人或集体通过交易其创造的产品或价值，以获得所需之物，实现双赢或多赢的过程。它包含两种含义，一种是动词理解，指企业的具体活动或行为，这时称之为市场营销或市场经营；另一种是名词理解，指研究企业的市场营销活动或行为的学科，称之为市场营销学、营销学或市场学等。
