1.2 项目范围定义
本系统包括四大功能模块：
1、项目信息的维护；
2、项目文档的管理；
3、项目信息，文档的查询；
4、管理提示。
1.3 客户目标
对项目信息进行分级，分类管理；
对项目文档进行分阶段管理；
对项目管理作提示；
1.4 用户及特点
本软件最终用户包括：
本公司各个项目的项目经理、QA，质量主管，各部门主管，各部门一般成员。
使用人员应具有一定的计算机使用知识。
