采用QT做界面，使用QT的UDP协议。创建两个线程，一个用来读本平台的音频设备的语音信号（即录音），然后通过udpSocket发给对方设备，一个用来接收对方设备通过udpSocket发过来的语音信号，并把语音信号写到本平台的音频设备上（即播放语音）-Using the QT interface to do, use the QT UDP protocol.
