休息精灵 版本 1.25
为了健康使用电脑，避免长时间使用电脑而疲劳，做到劳逸结合而编制此程序。使用的时候最好加入到启动组里，这样每次都可以自动运行。
1 功能:
.从运行起每隔50分钟,休息10分钟,可设置。
.休息完自动解除屏幕保护.
.退出程序可以使用热键Ctrl+Alt+Q.
.加入工作与休息时间的倒计时。
.30秒倒计时可以被暂停。
.允许打开关闭声音。
.支持wav,MP3,wma等音乐格式文件
.音乐列表功能
.在休息时,屏蔽Alt+TAB TAB,Alt+ESC ENTER按键,屏蔽注销和任务管理器。
.Ctrl+Alt+Q 调出退出程序对话框
.Ctrl+Alt+W 隐藏恢复所有窗口（本程序运行之前的所见窗口）
.Ctrl+Alt+F11 隐藏恢复任务条
.Ctrl+Alt+F12 隐藏恢复桌面
.Ctrl+Alt+F10 注销
.定时关机
