Isay是一个简单的笔记程序，是我在学习php过程中的一个练习程序。
平时，有很多的零碎信息需要记录，在电脑里保存n个文件似乎不是很方便，查找起来也不方便。所有基于此，我写了这样一个小的程序。平时记记笔记，也挺方便的。当然，作为一个简单的围脖也行。
1.提供简单编辑，采用ubb，过滤html标签；
2.数据存储量不易太大；
Isay(简单的笔记程序) 2.1.0 增加了留言的功能，这更方便信息的反馈和交流。感谢网友"HD"提出的意见。我在新的版本中做了一些相应的修改，比如隐藏"编辑"按钮等。
安装说明：
1)用phpmyadmin将isay.sql导入到mysql中
2)在config.php中配置mysql连接信息
3)请在IE7下浏览(使用png透明效果,IE6下无法透明)
4)本程序是我学习时练习之作,用于记录一些零碎的信息、知识.
