添加了迅雷影视助手功能，搜索电影并点击插入按钮后，Alt+S直接添加电影。



使用方法：



1、新增影片的时候，在标题输入框中输入影片标题，离开输入框的时候，迅雷影视助手自动给出影片资料和片源的搜索结果。

2、在编辑影片的时候，如果存在高清片源，迅雷影视助手智能提醒高清片源。-Added Thunder video assistant, search for movies and click the Insert button, Alt+ S directly add movies.
