说明：：为了保证产品质量，对其几何尺寸和特征的检测，如冲压工件的尺寸精度、表面压印字符的完 整性、表面划痕检查等是工业现场检测的必要手段。使用快速的非接触式的视觉测量是解决 此类问题的有效方法。摄像机标定通过图像计算摄相机内部参数和外部参数，实现从二维图 像获取三维信息必不可少的步骤，直接影响了测量精度，利用HALCON软件通过坐标补偿的方 法采用非线性模型实现单目视觉系统的标定及在此基础上验证冲压件尺寸的准确性。实验证 明该方法标定精度高、适应于现场检测，具有较强的鲁棒性。
