[WEB源码] Setup

说明：《ASP.NET通用模块及典型系统开发实例导航》书中全部源代码！使用Setup目录目录下的安装程序可以将程序代码和数据库安装到本机，在安装之前确认以下的条件：  Visual Studio .NET 2003已经安装  MS SQL Server 2000已经安装且SQL Server已经启动  微软企业库已经安装（仅第11章需要） 安装程序会要求用户输入数据库的用户名和密码，一般选择sa用户即可，安装完毕数据库中会新增如下的数据库
