[网络编程] netthwatch&control

说明：在vc6和.net下编译通过,通过网络监控客户机进程，服务器能显示客户段进程并能*客户机进程。网络通信部分使用udp传送。源码没有全部完成，完成了90％的工作。其中udp通信部分完成，本地机进程控制部分完成，通信命令的定义完成，只要简单的润色后就能实现。
