说明：这个小工具可以比较安全的删除文件和目录。它删除文件的流程是： 1. 使用伪随机数填充整个文件 2. 将文件长度截为零 3. 将文件命名为随机字符串 4. 删除文件 需要指出的是，这样的删除在软件级别已经是不可能恢复了。但是特别重要的数据（军事级别？）是不允许这么简单的操作的，据某个标准称为了在特殊的硬件设备下都无法恢复硬盘数据，至少应该把文件区域写7遍，更安全的办法是把磁盘物理销毁（例如粉碎）。 -Th
