说明：为了解决人工监测输液治疗所存在的问题，缓解医护人员的工作压力，设计了一种基于光电监测技术、串口通信技术的监测系统。本液体点滴速度监控装置采用单片机作为核心控制芯片，由液晶显示模块、电机驱动模块、传感器模块、电源模块组成。实现点滴速度控制、液晶显示点滴速度、点滴测速等功能。在机械结构上，用一个步进电机，再外加一个定滑轮，来控制滴斗与受液瓶之间的高度，以达到控制液滴的速度目的。采用PWM 驱动芯片控制电机，反射式红外传感器检测液滴滴落的速度，LCD128*64显示点滴的速度。基于可靠的硬件设计和稳定
