ReadWheiteFile.RAR是用于处理在文本文件内的每行前面增加一字串用。

笔者在VC++开发时做帮助文件时，生成的.hm文件的每行，需在每行前加#define这一字串，而做的小程序。

当然也可以手工用notepad来增加，但用程序处理更便于批处理。

该程序用了CStdioFile类，用了vector容器。可以进一步继续修改成其它应用。-ReadWheiteFile.RAR is used to increase a string in front of each line within text files.
