文章管理：添加(修改)文章，批量设置(更改)文章标题的字体/字号/颜色、文章类别(分类)、阅读权限、文章状态、栏目显示、会员编号、整理日期、清除阅读次数、删除文章，添加文章时在同一类别及分类下会检测重复性。-Program descr iption: a small article (News) to read the website source code.
