双向亚像素运动估计算法，具体步骤如下：
(1) 进行整像素精度的双向运动估计；
(2) 以(1)得到的运动矢量所指向的像素点为中心，内插1/2像素点，再进行双向运动估计；
依此类推，直到得到所需的像素精度为止。
