安装完成后，必须对系统所使用的后台数据库进行配置才可以正常使用。
在主程序目录内建立名为data的子目录存放改系统数据库文件，为了方便程序调用，要在Dalphi的BDE管理窗口中建立“SPXSGL”的数据库别名，如图2所示，目录位置为“…\商品销售管理系统\data”。后台数据库建立好以后，就可以根据各个模块的功能，设计窗口和编写代码了。
