此软件通过一“WebForm”网页实现以下功能（主要是对用户目录进行操作）：
1、以“TreeView”形式浏览用户目录下的文件夹（可展开）和文件；
2、剪切、复制、粘贴、删除、重命名文件或文件夹，新建文件夹；
3、可上传压缩文件（*.zip,*.rar），然后在用户主目录解圧，也可对文件（夹）进行压缩；
4、可下载文件、对于文件夹或是多个文件则进行压缩打包成（DownLoad.zip）下载；
5、分割文件(为减轻服务器负担，设定为2~5个部分)以及提供文件的合并；
6、提供一回收站“Recycler”；
