本程序有我和另两位同学完成，是数据结构的课程设计。程序实现了编码解码的功能。一共两种操作：可以输入字符串，程序自动求其权值并编码，也可以输入编码进行解码；亦可读取文件的编码或文章进行解码或编码。两种操作结果都保存到相应文件中。-This procedure has me and the other two students completed the data structure of the curriculum design.
