使用VC++的内嵌浏览器功能实现虚拟打印。

该程序是基于smartprinter3.4虚拟打印机基础上开发的。压缩包中也包含了smartprinter的安装程序。
程序启动后，会自动将ConvertSvrConfig.ini中FaxUploadPath路径下的文件转换到FaxTempPath下，其中FaxTempPath是安装虚拟打印机时候设置的，smartprinter不能更改，转换完成后，系统自动将转换好的文件拷贝到FaxSendPath下。
