本程序侦听一个tcp端口，并打开一个串口。将串口收到的数据转发给每个连接上来的客户端，将tcp客户端收到的数据转发到串口。
之前发的com2TCP_Client.rar文件介绍有误。com2TCP_Client.rar是主动连接到一个tcp服务器，并把串口收到的数据转给那个tcp侦听服务器。-This procedure listener a tcp port and open a serial port. Receive serial data will be transmitted to each client to connect up to tcp client received the data transmitted to the serial port. Com2TCP_Client.rar document issued before the introduction is incorrect. com2TCP_Client.rar initiative to connect to a tcp server, and serial data received to the tcp server listening.
