河工大每周一到周五是晚上11点断电，其余两天是11点半。有时候会忘记时间而导致PC受损。故而写了此程序，根据时间自动关机。
使用很简单。把程序加到系统的“启动”里，让它自动运行。如果时间正确无误，点“开始”按钮即可启动计时程序。程序会每隔3分钟查询一下系统时间。时间一到，立刻关机。
