此计量管理系统经本人修正已可以无Bug的使用，
主要修正以下:
(1)修正启动提示 3- is not a valid integer value 的错误而无法进入系统
这是由于日期导致的问题，已全部修正，若有发现未修正到的使用Main_unit的"修正处"的数据进行修正
(2)加入一用户名 xueyongkun 密码：111 是系统管理员权限 方便大家测试

(1) 请使用intraweb V6.0.22+Delphi7 原作者使用的是intraweb V6.0.21
