PBCOMMENT是个专门帮助写PB注释语句的工具，其用PB编写。
目前这个是经过本人修改过的版本。其主要功能有：生成完全注释、修改
程序的间断注释、大小写转换等。
PBCOMMENT 5.0 及更高的版本新增了自动格式化 PB 代码的语句的功能，
可以自动将代码缩进格式和大小写等比较混乱进行自动处理优化，使您的代
码看起来十分的漂亮（这个功能很实用哦，您不妨用用 :)) ）。-PBCOMMENT is a statement designed to help write PB Notes tool, its use of PB prepared. At present this is the result, I modified version. Its main functions include: generate full annotation, modify the program' s continuous comments, case conversion. PBCOMMENT 5.0 and later versions automatically added to the code statement format PB function, can automatically indent code format and case processing such as automatic optimization is a bit confusing, so your code looks very pretty (this feature Oh, very practical, you might as well use:))).
