(1)本系统分为两个部分：机房设备管理和机房课程管理。
管理员分为超级管理员和普通管理员，前者可以拥有整个系统的所有有权限；后者则只可以对机房的事实情况进行记录、修改和浏览等功能。
(2)机房设备的管理部分功能如下：
①将机房设备转变为图形显示，使各种信息一目了然，大大提高管理效率。
②管理员能迅速、方便的添加、修改和查询机房设备的信息。
③显示机房所有设备的信息，包括：资产明细、资产状态信息；查询机房设备情况，并打印故障信息、维修信息的报表。
(3)课程的管理部分的功能如下：
①普通管理员浏览机房的课程安排信息；超级管理员可方便的修改信息。
②理员能迅速、方便的记录、修改和查询每次课堂信息。课堂信息包括：管理名、班级、上机时间、应到人数、实到人数、课堂纪律、备注。显示课程管理的各种信息，并打印信息报表。
③实现机房局域网内收发消息。
(4)其他部分功能如下：
①管理员修改登陆密码。
②超级管理员可以管理普通管理员，包括：添加管理员、删除管理员。-Along with the rapid development in PC technology area,the PC education i-s the most important part of the education field,nowadays,each school has equip-ped a quite scale PC lab,that is to say,the school handler has plunged into so mu-ch funds,but the management is not enough effective.The PC lab Management System will tell us how to manage the PC lab,improve the use efficiency,solve the management problem,and make the PC users managed in thereinafter forms,such asnetwork,info-rmation,automatism,normalization.
The system has one originality in former application programming development.The surface of old Information Management System is based on letter and word show,so the old system has many difficult in communicating the informati-on.Too much letter show also made the user boring in using.If we make the lett-er show into graph show,we could make the syestem more easy to use,and more powerful in management.
