DIP拨码开关控制8个LED灯演示程序
跳线设置：
将将LED、K1~K5左边前4个端子、SW端子用短路冒短接，并将其他无关模块的短路冒拔除
从拨码开关的上侧看去，程序拨码状态，经过BCD译码之后，转化为16进制显示在指示灯上-Features:
