1. 题库管理：系统的操作人员可以设置试题类型，录入试题，以及对已有试题进行更新与维护，还可以查询和浏览试题。

3. 权限管理：增加或删除系统操作人员，并制定操作人员的权限。可通过对用户组进行权限及管理范围设定，减轻操作内容，也可对单个用户权限及范围进行修订，从而保证系统在实施中的灵活性。
