在IE上输入ip地址 就可以看到远程或 本机截图的窗口截图了 。本程序加入了2个API代码，目的是为了防止程序的重复运行。基本原理是：如果目标主机运行了本程序以后，就会向你事先设置好的邮件发对方的ip地址。查收以后就可以在IE里输入IP就能连接到对方的远程屏幕截图了 可以刷新反复看截图。程序还有很多缺陷 可能还有很多错误 望广大同学指出（本来想设计到注册表里做个开机运行 但过不了360的提示谁明白 ++我一起研究）
