编写应用程序，可以利用鼠标绘制矩形和圆形，具体功能要求如下：
1、 通过单击工具条按钮（或菜单项）选择绘制矩形或者圆形；
2、 绘制过程中要求实现橡皮线功能和重画（窗口改变的时候，已绘制的图形不能消失）；
3、 程序中只能使用SetPixel绘图函数，不能使用其它绘图函数；
