该程序原为TI为6416开发板提供的运动检测程序，现做了以下修改：
1.移植到DM642开发板，修改了视频输入输出的驱动。分别为saa7115和saa7105.
2.添加部分注释。
3.视频的输入格式改为标准PAL制式，但在处理的过程中先将视频进行的压缩处理，压缩为256*256。
4.显示格式依然为四象限显示方式，满足pal输出的全屏显示。-The program was originally TI motion detection program for the 6416 development board, now do the following modifications: 1. DM642 development board, transplanted to modify the video input and output drivers. Were saa7115 and saa7105. 2.
