本程序实现测频率测占空比以及用TFTLCD显示的功能，范围 1Hz~24M，精度为0.01， 误差较小可忽略。占空比10k以下精准。TIM2外部计数引脚PA0作为脉冲输入计数， TIM3作为TIM2计数时间，计数周期为10ms计算100次，刚好取一秒。TIM5捕捉比较测脉宽。-The program implementation the measured frequency measured duty cycle, and displayed TFTLCD range 1Hz to 24M, an accuracy of 0.01, less error can be ignored.
