使用功能前要先设置路由器，确保电脑在关机时路由器能正确找到网卡，并激活它
1.设置虚拟服务器（端口转发） 端口为远程开机时的参数，IP为需要开机的电脑IP
2.ARP绑定，把要开机的电脑IP与该电脑的网卡的MAC绑定
mac:要开机的电脑的MAC
域名：路由器上设置的域名或路由器IP
端口：虚拟服务器中设置的端口-Using the function before the first set up the router, make sure the computer is turned off the router can find the right card and activate it
