一、请用T-SQL语句实现以下题目要求。
1、熟悉变量的声明、变量的赋值、输出结果
目的：查询并返回product产品表中产品名称以C开头的产品的条数
要求：产品名称以C开头的条件用变量来表示，查询出来的产品条数也用变量表示，并最终需要返回 The sum of the product is +查询出来的产品条数。
2、熟悉IF语句
给一变量赋值字符串 THIS IS MY BOOK ，如果此字符串的长度大于10，则返回其字符串第一位到第四位，否则返回后四位字符串。
3、熟悉循环语句
实验内容：求1-100之间能被7整除的整数之和。
