离散元素法的基本原理是,将研究对象划分为一个个相互独立的单元,根据单元之间的相互作用和牛顿运动定理,采用动态松弛法或静态松弛法等迭代方法进行循环迭代计算,确定在每一个时间步长所有单元的受力及位移,并更新所有单元的位置。主要根据研磨片的参数特性,建立离散元模型,对研磨过程进行模拟,观测磨粒脱落情况,分析不同结合强度,不同研磨压力,不同研磨速度条件下,光纤头和研磨的相互作用情况。(In order to study the rough peak removing from the surface of the workpiece and the abrasive dropping off from the abrasives coating layer of the lapping film during the lapping process, the lapping process of the lapping film and wprkpiece were modeled and simulated utilizing discrete element method based on PFC3D, the variations of the unbalance force on the contact point and the process of element dropping were analyzed. Meanwhile, the influences of the bond strength of the binder and the abrasive-binder ratio on the lapping process were studied. The results showed that when the bond strength of the binder was high, the blunt abrasive could not drop off, when the bond strength was low, large number of abrasives drop off. When the abrasive-blinder ratio was high, the abrasive could easily drop off, when the abrasive-blinder ratio was low, the number of effective abrasive was small, and the rough peak could not be effectively removed.)
