一个非常美观强大的环形自定义菜单。 右键可添加多级菜单，设置图标以及移除项。
添加好的菜单会自动保存到配置文件里面。该源码仅供学习交流使用。
二、目录介绍
1、background目录：存放着32个皮肤以及皮肤配置文件。
2、icons目录：可以用的图标
3、Languages目录：多语言包，目前有中英两种。
4、Settings目录：主要配置文件，包含各项设置以及图标列表。
三、注意事项
1、该源码仅仅是一个控件界面的展示，里面没有添加具体功能。(Function introduction
