①  构造1个具有1个整形参数的子函数，取出参数,并能够把低十位置一，还要结果返回； 

②构造1个具有2个参数的子函数，子函数将第1个指针参数中的每个元素做求和运算， 第2个参数传递的是第1个参数的元素数目

具体步骤：1、先在linux环境找到终端。2、切换路径到home路径下,建立工作文件夹，并且将工作路径切换至此。 3、建立主函数main,并且创建两个进程，进程1实现①,进程2实现②。
